ReplyDeleteHi Carol, thank you for your question. I must say that It all depends on how many pounds you want to lose and how much time you have. For most people I would recommend starting the day off with an Energy SliceCream which is specially formulated to fuel your body with healthy energy. Instead of having a sugar and fat packed snack with empty calories like a candy bar or a chips in the afternoon, I would suggest having a full serving of delicious SliceCream, your body and mind will thank you and you will not have the typical afternoon energy crash.
